Customer Service Hours
Our Customer Service Representatives and Estheticians are available to help you Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
If you call after normal business hours please leave a voicemail including your name, telephone number and a brief message so we may return your call.
Emails regarding order confirmation, package tracking, newsletters, and "my account", will be originating from the domain "wwwenterprise.com". To ensure you receive our emails, please add "wwwenterprise.com" to your list of approved senders.
Product photos are used for illustrative purposes only, and do not necessarily represent the actual product packaging you may receive. We work very hard to ensure all product photos are accurate, but they may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to; changes to product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.), changes to product packaging from the manufacturer, different versions of the same product, and package contents modifications.
skinfoto.com is not responsible for slight variations in the product photo displays on our website, and the product you receive. In cases where the product displayed does not match the product you will receive, we will make every effort to explain in the product description.
How to Order
Just visit our SHOP section, where you will find a complete selection of skinfoto.com products. When you see an item you want to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Remember to view your Shopping Cart (see "Checkout & Order Confirmation" below) before you leave skinfoto.com to complete your ordering process!
Checkout & Order Confirmation
When you're done shopping, visit the Shopping Cart to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. We have three checkout options for you to choose from: Google Checkout, PayPal or Standard Checkout (credit card or by telephone, toll-free at 1-800-393-3848).
If you choose the Standard Checkout option, you will be transferred to our secure processing area where you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address. While in the secured area you will need to enter your Credit Card information or you may choose to use the "Call Our Customer Service Department" button. If you use the "call" option your order and secured contact information will be saved and you will be instructed to call us toll-free at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below) to provide your credit card number.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.
Note: ALL online orders with credit card information entered are charged immediately.
Shipping and Handling
In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, we are offering our customers three delivery options. Customers now have the option of FREE 6 to 8 day service, 3 to 4 day service, and 2-day service at shipping rates to meet every budget.
- Packages exceeding 3 (three) pounds will ship by ground service ONLY.
- All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, Alaska and Hawaii ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.
- Signature is required for all orders over $400 USD ($250 for all PayPal & Google Checkout orders).
- All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Products that are in stock are shipped within 24 business hours - Guaranteed! Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered products are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, when it arrives back in stock.
Customers will be notified via email within 48 hours if a product is OUT OF STOCK.
We are currently required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping to New York (8.75%), California (8.75%), and Michigan (6%). Tax will be calculated as a flat rate no matter what county you live in, and added to your order when your payment is processed.
Online Orders for skinfoto.com products are for US residents only. If you are not a US resident, please call 1-866-694-0150.
skinfoto.com wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only.
A 15% handling fee may be deducted from all returns.
To initiate your return, you must contact us at Info@WWWEnterprise.com, or call us at 1-800-393-3848 (Hours listed below) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return.
For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
Once an in-house credit has been issued, you MUST use the Standard Checkout "Call Our Customer Service Department" button and then call in your credit card information and ask to have the credit applied to your new order. We cannot apply an in-house credit to an order that had credit card information entered at the time of processing. If you place an order online, enter your credit card information online and receive your order confirmation and then decide to call to have your in-house credit applied your request will be declined.
